the owner of gardunos restaurant announced today he plans to file for chapter 11 bankruptcy. dave gardu owes almost a million dollars in back taxes– and plans to close three albuquerque locations, starting today. kayla anderson is live near louisiana and indian school with reaction from the garduno family. we’re here live in northeast albuquerque– at garduno’s. today tortilla, inc– the parent company of garduno’s restaurants– announced the company has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. you’ll recall– garduno’s owes almost a million dollars in back taxes. through teary eyes, founder and ceo dave garduno said today he’s worked out a deal to pay back those taxes within a year. effective today– three restaurants in albuquerque… on fourth street, academy, and montgomery… will shut down… leaving about 100 workers without a job. that’s about half of the gauno’s workforce. “the difficulty has been,
