My spouse had absolutely on input on the debts (most incurred before we had even met) but we are both worried that if we must report joint information to the courts that he is at risk of negative impact on his credit report. Does anyone have experience with this? Is he safe from what is going to happen to me and my credit rating? that should read 'absolutely NO input on the debts'.
